11th Annual Prostate Cancer Awareness Sunday Celebration

Screening from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
First come, first served

Eligible for a Free Screening?
If the following apply, you are eligible for the free prostate cancer screening from 1 – 2:30 p.m.

Age 50+ (age 45+, if African American)
In good general health
Have not had prostate cancer
Have not had surgery to remove prostate gland for any reason
