Soul Stroll is part of the African American Community Health Advisory Commitee's (AACHAC) "Building a Healthy Body and Soul Project," the first partnership with African American, Hispanic and Pacific Islander churches to promote good nutrition and physical activity as keys to better health. One-mile and three-mile courses will be marked along the beautiful Bayfront path. Walk as little or as far as you like, at your own pace.
