Harry E. Johnson, President M.L. King Monument

The Mills-Peninsula African American Community Health Advisory Committee in partnership with the  Bay Area Community Development Corporation and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. -(Gamma Chi Lambda and Eta Sigma Lambda Chapters) presents a special evening with Harry E. Johnson, Sr.

Come and learn about the evolution of the Martin Luther King Nation Memorial through the eyes of Harry E. Johnson, Sr., the President and CEO of the Washington, D.C. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial.
Mr. Johnson will share the story about the many challenges and successes on the road to completion.

This fundraising event will be Mr. Johnson's first west coast visit since the unveiling of the national monument.

Proceeds will benefit local health, social justice and scholarship programs of the partnering organizations.
